After having a flood in my upstairs bathroom, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Thankfully, Elevated Operations came in less than a week, assessed the damage, and immediately took care of everything. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster, handled the estimate, and took care of all the back-office communication, which was a huge relief and one less thing for me to worry about. They helped pack up my belongings, removed the wet drywall, thoroughly dried out my home, and then handled the restoration from start to finish. The quality of their work was outstanding. They beautifully repainted my home, helped me install cabinet handles, replaced my carpet with gorgeous wood laminate flooring, and built me a beautiful tiled shower. They went above and beyond the original restoration work, too. They helped me replace some fallen shingles on my roof and helped install an automatic toilet in my master bathroom. They also coordinated with an electrician who moved two outlets and added a new outlet specifically for the smart toilet. What really stood out to me was their willingness to help with whatever was needed to get my home back to normal. They made a very stressful situation so much easier, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you ever experience water damage or need restoration or remodeling work, I highly recommend Elevated Operations! Their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to their customers are exceptional.
